What shipping methods are available?
At the moment, we provide standard shipping and handling (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, and Puerto Rico), using FedEx for reliable and fast delivery. At this time, we are unable to ship to U.S. military bases. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
How long will it take to get my package?
Production Time: 3 – 5 business days. Each of our products is made-to-order only for you so the production time will be a little bit longer than usual. Please be patient!
Shipping Time:

It takes 7 – 10 business days to be successfully delivered.
Orders are shipped during regular business days, excluding holidays. Any orders placed on Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
Do you ship internationally?
WatchVio ships worldwide daily, striving to make our products accessible to everyone. However, in some cases, we may be unable to ship to certain locations due to shipping constraints. In such situations, we may need to cancel your order.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept PayPal as a payment method. When making a purchase with PayPal, you will be redirected to the PayPal payment page, where you can complete your payment by logging in with your PayPal account and password.
Currency Conversion :
All charges on the website are in USD. The displayed amount in your local currency may vary, but the final charge will be processed in USD.
Is buying on-line safe?

Can I switch my order?
No. When a customer places an order, they will be asked to confirm all of the details regarding the item’s size, design, quantity, and so on. As a result, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to your selection of incorrect items, sizes, designs, addresses, and so on.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of being placed. After this timeframe, your order may already be in processing or shipping.
A 10% cancellation fee will apply to the total order value. To request a cancellation, please contact us at [email protected].
Can I return or refund my order?
Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery without any additional fees, except for the shipping cost to send the return package.
What is the policy’s time frame?
Our policy is valid for 30 days following the completion of the delivery process.
After 30 days, the order will be deemed accepted by the customer, and no reimbursement will be issued. For more details, please review our Returns & Refunds Policy.
I haven’t received any packages from my order. What can I do?
If the shipping tracking status shows “delivered” but you have not received your order, please check around your property, as the package might be in a hidden or unexpected location.
If you still cannot locate it, contact the shipping company listed in the shipping status email notification.
